We want you to absolutely love your Bear Necessities purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Please read our return policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

✔️ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached).

✔️ Free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.

✔️ Returned in original packaging to keep the items in their best condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

How to Return

1. Email Us – Contact our team at hello@bearnecessities.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

2. Pack Your Item – Ensure your item meets the return criteria and package it securely.

3. Ship It Back – Once we provide return instructions, send your package via a trackable shipping method.

Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping option, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Processing Time & Store Credit

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue your store credit gift voucher within 5-7 business days. This voucher can be used towards any purchase on our website.

We do not offer direct refunds. If you need a different size or product, simply use your store credit to place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
